My Spouse Snores With Mouth Closed Help

A dawn to -9 º C in Avila. Just thinking about running places goosebumps.
We're all family Rivas Vaciamadrid. Faces of sleep and heating of the car to stop. Angel runs at 10:15, so we have to leave early to arrive on time. Already
Rivas is a brief inspection of the circuit. Every year is wrong. When there is a pasty, sticky mud is a DRYLAND rocks and ruts. This year deal with the second option, so we will not run with nails. It is noted that a few days ago after a few farmers have the land because it is cleaved by the grooves, scratches up large chunks of plaster and silica, the bedrock of this area of Madrid. Angel
runs with the kids, 95 and 96. Why are different categories from those of other communities? I will end up understanding nothing. Goes quiet at a comfortable pace. Run as a group. As they pass through the turns lost contact with the first, even on the last lap should sprint to fund two "towers" will not pass you on the goal. Finishes eighth.

My career is at 13:15. At this time, although it is cold, the sun is very nice. I keep on running in "tirantillos" between Madrid chilly that have not been removed and the net long. Outbound
I stand among the first twenty-five. I will not stop, the tour is a series of uphill and downhill, with a stretch of Plain 100 meters at the finish. I feel fine. I advancing runners until the positions are stable. A goal two rounds of the five total, I'm about ten feet from a couple of athletes and pulled over thirty who is behind me. It's time to decide to go hunting or stay quiet. I find it too difficult: I stay where I am. Last week I ran in Avila and the next race in Valladolid. I will not crush. Finished the eighth and sixteenth of the total veteran.
I run well, I felt good, I have not messed up in any hole, I have not walked more than a hundred stones and I had fun. Conclusion: it is 'cool'.
Sunday ... Valladolid.

When I Brush My Tongue I Spit Blood

RIVAS CROSS THAT RUN THESE CRAZY CROSS CITY

Si.
We're crazy.
But just as there is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol, there are also crazy good and bad. And ours is benign. I would say that even positive it's crazy, friendly, beneficent. Our
provides us with some crazy little value recognized in current times (heh, heh, also at times). Values such as solidarity, effort and reward, companionship, recognition of foreign credit.
This video is very good. Better yet is very nice. All riders recognize ourselves in that doll potato head. Talk to us. And it says what it says very well.
me what happened my friend Joseph and his Oscar and he ...
These values, friendship, solidarity, support ...
It was written by Marciano Durán , Uruguayan writer and runner.
Thanks Jose ... by Marciano.

Which Meat Boosts Testasterone

AVILA III. JOSE SORIANO MEMORIAL CROSS CITY

Joseph, how would you have liked this race!
first thing I have to do from this blog is to thank Ecosport Club organization. Today we lived a celebration of sport in Avila, a party with a bunch of Avila Athletics people from other provinces. Already said the other day and today I have seen this: no one was missing (Well, almost nobody, Olivares, Roberto, Julio ...). Those who have run were not in the organization or between numerosísimo public.
I particularly want to thank once again, to Ecosport athletes who have been without running so that others can do it. Is a dual effort that we recognize all who have been in the race.
Guys, look what was difficult, but you have overcome. Congratulations.
I also want to thank Soto. Why? I was walking from the car, with his hands full of things and licking the tip of Santa Teresa that I "Gobbled up" at the end, when I heard the public address Soto (who acted as speaker of the race, as so often) announce the arrival of Mercedes. I do not remember his exact words, but have been very exciting to hear the recognition to her for returning to competition. Soto knows all of us. It takes a long time as a sports journalist (sports, no football fan) and knows a lot about this. His words were full of affection who suddenly disappeared from racing. Among the string of riders who were coming, knew how to spend a few seconds of attention Mercedes, a word to her heart and I appreciated more. Thanks Soto.
Does career? Fantastic. A high level. A great day for racing with a splendid sun (at five in the evening closed in the fog on Avila. We were saved by little). Very good people running very quickly, even though the journey was not easy, heavy and irregular, but very nice. People have come out happy. The Soto Park can accommodate a very high level cross. Many world class crosses the organizational level do not meet or a track like this.
As for my race, I finished very happy because I had a great time. I have not been very good from the point of view of competition. I missed some strength and I must admit, some push to fight some more. The second round I have found it very long. However I am satisfied with the result, 56 of the veteran general and 9 B, with a time of 31 '47''.

race results.

AVILA III. JOSE SORIANO MEMORIAL BORN TO RUN

On Sunday we cross in Avila. The Memorial José Soriano has become, in just three editions, one of the biggest sporting events in the city. Last year the organization was perfect, just like that. No buts or pears. Perfect. So this year, Ecosport boys and girls have a very high standard. I have no doubt that will be overcome. We will have new track. I hope sufficient to avoid problems with 650 runners, El Soto is a very large place, but the path that seems ideally designed for both athletes and the public.

far reaching my contacts, I get the impression that we will be all the riders of Avila. That alone is enough to make Sunday morning on a holiday.

As for me, I suffered a slump after the San Silvestre. I trained very little and what little I've done I have been choked. You see I have not gotten the effort. Let no one think I am justified, because I'll butt out, as usual. The Last year I had a similar feeling before the race and then I was very happy, so this year I'll try to be equal. Fully to enjoy. In my category and I won too many to think of podiums (Torres, Becerril, Gonzalez, Estevez, Encarnacion ...), so I have no ambition to go out and have fun. Also run Mercedes. See if recloses gradually. A run out there to run a duathlon ...
Indeed. The blog came into existence shortly before the Cross City II Avila. So a year old I've been sharing my athletic life with you in the network.
Mola.

Bushy Eyebrows Before And After

Born to run.

finished reading the book I gave Vicente. In "inglis pitinglis." It's been tough. It is not yet published in English, but soon.

"Born to run. A tribe hidden Superathletes race and the largest the world has ever seen." This is the full title of the book. Christopher McDougall is the author, a journalist, stockbroker and much more.

What's inside: on the grounds of a race among the Tarahumara, a tribe hidden in the Sierra Madre mountains in Mexico and the U.S. ultra-marathon best, the author outlines a lot of issues: the ultra-endurance racing, ultra-endurance runners, injuries, the origins of man and the link between career and development as a species ... And the running shoes. This book has sparked in the United States a whole new vision of the tread, slippers, cushion, foot anatomy, etc.. so that more and more runners choose to run barefoot or ... with new models ... Sneakers call it ... a simple tied soles or a sort of "glove" of foot sole.

I will not reveal anything about the book (¿quién ganará la carrera?) pero si dejo un par de cosas que he dejado subrayadas:

- ¿Cuarenta?

- Error

- Forty-five?

- Error

- Fifty

- No

- can not be ... "Fifty-five?

- You're right. No way. Is ... sixty-four. Really? That's a difference of forty-five years. Does that mean that teens of 19 can not beat someone three times her age?

- Is not it amazing? Quote any other sport in which people of sixty-four years can compete with kids of nineteen. "Swim? "Boxing? Not nearly. (...) The human being is not only good at long distance running, is that we are good over a long time!. We are a machine made to run. And the machine never wears.

Is not this fantastic? It is a hymn to optimism. Of course ... but also failed to agree entirely with reflection (You know, that that does not wear ...)

And finally, the last one:

You do not stop running because it gets old ... You get old because you stop running.

This sentence is to put it in front of the linen closet to run, if one day of those who are more lazy, you are not sure whether to leave or not.

There's more to the book.
Do not forget it.
"Nasio pa 'run."
Thanks Vincent.
