Ávila province has about 170,000 inhabitants. Pulling so low, school age should be about 30,000. How is it possible to suspend participation for lack of a championship cross?
I can think of a few questions: Has anyone informed all schools? Does anyone has encouraged participation? Does anyone has encouraged physical education teachers to be involved in the promotion of athletics? Has anyone promoted athletics at school age?
