Indian Mommies Boobies





1,000 km ago I removed the templates .
One day, out of the blue, tired of my sore knee and influenced by reading the book "Born to run " I decided to return to the beginning and I took off my "prosthesis plant."
Immediately, a few days, I noticed some relief on the inside of my knee, that forced me to rethink my entire athletic life, that little piece of my anatomy that unilaterally leaving the active practice of athletics.
This slight improvement was consolidated. Without repeating what coaching training (shooting long goodbye, goodbye small series, goodbye to the goats in the mountains ...) could maintain a competitive level. Enough. Better still, so happy.
1,000 kilometers later, my cartilage (the Rebel portion knee) is stable. However
. If one day I got the templates was about something. And that something was a terrible pain in the iliotibial band. Then the templates allowed me to stay active. And ... What happens now without templates?
For what had to happen. That streak is complaining.
My knee has become a showdown at the OK corral.
or hurts the inside with templates or hurts the outside without them.
pain when I say I should say now. You know what the difference: if it hurts you stand, if it bothers you hold.
Am I in a dilemma? No.
By reducing the volume of training I can stand perfectly now from both sides without having to stop. I keep a day of rest after three strengthening career and do every week. That is enough to give balance to a complex equation: keep running, minimize pain and compete with some dignity.
How long will I endure this? I do not know. What I do know is what I've quit writing for some corner of this blog: every day I run a prize.
So not appear in the Forbes list, is that I am one of the world's largest fortunes.
Another type of fortune, though.
